"I was recently down in Angleton visiting family when I was doing some work on my Sportster. I was installing a new derby cover when, much to my surprise, fluids started coming out. I called Goe HD for advice and was fortunate enough to talk to Jeremy Turner. He gave me great input and recommended I come in to replace the fluids lost when I replaced my derby cover. Jeremy re-filled the lost fluid expeditiously and was very friendly. I was expecting to be charged for the service, but Jeremy insisted that it was no trouble and I didn't pay a thing.
Growing up in Angleton, I've always known Goe Harley/Kawasaki as a local institution, known for being an advocate of the community. I now live in Houston, so there are a plethora of HD shops up here to choose from instead of driving all the way down to Angleton. After my experience, I will go nowhere else other than Goe HD for all my parts and services. Thank you!"

"In 2010 I purchased a 2010 trike from Goe, also that year I purchased an extended warranty. I recently brought my trike into the shop and had them look at the reverse motor because it had stopped working. It was determened that I needed a new reverse motor. I asked what was the cost of the motor and was informed that it would cost $1,500 and that did not include labor, I replied WOW! Jane, on her won, checked my records and assured me that I had purchased an extended warranty on the trike and because of that extended warranty the cost would not be $1,500 but rather $50.00.That extended warranty that Goe offered me and I accepted just paid for itself with money left over. Thanks GOE for once again taking care of me. I suggest that anyone purchasing a motorcycle, also purchase that extended warranty, it sure is worth it."

"Recently brought Fat Boy in for cam chain tensioner replacement and cam support plate/oil pump upgrade. Shop found cam in bike was severely worn and lifter roller bearings shot. Shop replaced cam and lifters along with cam support plate/oil pump and also replaced corroded cadmium plated fasteners with stainless kit. Service performed with quality. Fastener kit did not come with transmission fasteners, but shop will call when they arrive so I can pick them up and install them when ready. Mechanic working on my ride was very helpful in setting up new mild cam for better torque while not needing to replace pushrods, rocker arms, or valves."

"I recently purchased my first new Harley from Goe, I had be contemplating this purchase for quiet some time and had the pleasure of working with all the sales staff over time I never felt presured, even when I was walking out for the sixth time, I was always offered a no obligation test ride, even as a returning "window" shopper, finally after a Sunday trip to the shop, talking with Robert, I bought my bike the next day. Jerry handled my sale and has been very helpful following up ensuring my satisfaction, he has also gone the extra mile after the sale when needed. Aaron in parts, what can I say...people like him are golden, man of his word. Goe. Another great experience. Great sales help from Jane and David Plagens. Great trade price and great price on the new bike. Then got a lot of help from Aaron in parts on my intake, pipes and screaming eagle cams. Aaron's experience really helps when it comes to putting your bike together. Finally the service dept did their usual super job of getting alll the new parts on the bike and set up to run like it should.

"Once again Goe took care of me. I ordered my satellite radio and AAron made sure it was right. Dallas took care of getting it scheduled for installation. I also sceduled my 15, 000 mile service. There was a slight glitch on the service, Terrell kept me informed, My rear brake pads were found to need replacement, Dallas called and informed me and got it taken care, Kudos to the technician and I apologize that I cannot remember his name. My bike was delivered in time to attend the Lonestar rally. Thanks again to the Goe Team, Job well done! "

"Last week end Lucy and I brought our trike in for it's 1000 mile service and had a stage 1 done to it during the same appointment. The service was once again outstanding. Aaron made it all easy by having everything ready upon my arrival, David made sure it all went as it should and Randall made sure I was completely happy with everything he did when installing the stage 1. While I was there I also decided to purchase additional insurance and Michelle assured that I obtained the covererage I wanted. "I previously rode a Suzuki C90T and was satisfied with it until I got eyeballs on the 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 LT which I now own in place of the Suzuki.
I had gone to Highlands Kawasaki to look at bikes and the people there were not very nice. I was told that I could not test ride any of their bikes and if I wanted to ride one I had to buy it. I won't repeat what I told them to do with their bikes and their dealership.
I went home and called GOE Kawasaki in Angleton and related my experience to Mr. Ritch. After listening to my story he told me to get my behind down there to his place and I could ride any bike in the house. I drove 65 miles from my home to the dealership and was greeted like an old family member, given fresh coffee, offered hot dogs to eat in case I was hungry and allowed to ride all the bikes I wanted to. They even went so far as to take a brand new, never ridden, 2010 Vulcan full dresser into the service department and make it ready to ride just so I could experience it. Now that is what I call customer relations.
To make a long story somewhat shorter, I bought my new Vulcan 2000 LT that day and have tried my darndest to ride it into the ground ever since.
Mr. Ritch and Mr. Kenny treat me like they are glad to see me every time I come in the door and always want to know what they can do for me.
So, given the two experiences I have had with Kawasaki dealers can you guess which one I deal with??? Right, GOE Kawasaki. They are the only ones I will deal with even though the store is 65 miles from my house."

"I WENT ON A TRIP WITH MY NEWPHEW AND COUSIN TO GALVESTON LAST YEAR 2009 AROUND AUG. WE TOOK OFF FROM GALVESTON AND STOPED AT SAN JANCITO HD BECAUSE MY NEWPHEW'S BIKE WAS ACTING UP. A 2009 STREET GLIDE. UPON VISITING SERVICE DEPARTMENT WE WERE TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME AND COULD NOT LOOK AT HIS BIKE. BOY WAS I MAD. WE CHANGED PLUGS AND WENT TO PEARLAND TX. WHERE WE PULLED OVER, I CALLED MS LOU AT GOE AND SHE PUT ME THROUH SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SHE ALSO TOLD ME TO TELL THEM WHO I WAS BECAUSE WORKING IN AREA I VISITED EVERY CHANCE I COULD. I SPOKE TO SERVICE AND THEY SAID TO COME IN RIGHT AWAY. THIS WAS SATURDAY AT 2;00PM. WE GOT THERE AND THEY TOOK HIS BIKE RIGHT AWAY. IT DID NOT MATTER WHERE WE WERE FROM. THEY MADE SURE HIS BIKE WAS OK BE FORE WE LEFT, THEN WE SHOPPED AND SPENT MONEY. THANKS GOE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR A JOB WELL DONE. OTHER HARLEY DEALERS SHOULD VISIT YOUR DEALERSHIP AND TAKE LESSIONS.

"Natalie Yackel saw a couple of us outside a Buckees gas station (on her day off) and gave us coupons for free t-shirts. was so impressed with how friendly she was, figured it must be a great place to buy a new bike. Was riding a 04 softail that day. Now in addition I have a 2010 FLHTCU that is fantastic. Everyone I have met at GOE HD has been just great. "To make my comments from last year even better, this past weekend (21 DEC 2008) I and the wife were out riding and stoped to get a drink DP and 7 UP at under the bridge bar on CR227 when we meet some harley riders from Houston area and 1 of them had a flat. He called HOG roadside help and they were going to send someone from Brazoria to help him and at the same time I called GOE and to make it short HOG called yawll and he got picked up and you held a mech. to do the tire for him all in a short time and to his supprise. This is real Customer service!!!!!! I do not think that any other shop in the Houston area would have done this. Keep it up. "
